Shipping Information
All orders are printed and shipped personally by Julia from her home studio.
Custom Ceramic Decals — Ships within the United States only.
The Book — Ships worldwide via USPS.
Processing Time
Custom ceramic decals are printed to order. Once your design file is approved, your order ships within 5-7 business days. Decal orders ship within the United States only.
File review happens Monday-Friday. If there is a quality concern with your file (resolution, color profile, etc.) we will contact you before printing - we do not print files we expect to produce a poor result without letting you know first.
Orders placed without a file uploaded at checkout: send your file to juliaclaireclay@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number in the subject line.

Important Notes
- Decals are printed on lightweight paper stock and shipped flat in protective rigid mailers to prevent bending or moisture damage.
- Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your shipping notification.
- International shipping applies to book orders only. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs charged by their country.
- Decal orders ship within the United States only. The book ships internationally. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us before ordering.
