Returns & Reprints

Every decal is custom-printed to your specifications. Here's exactly what we stand behind.

Because each decal sheet is custom-printed to your uploaded design, we cannot accept returns on correctly printed orders. However, if there is a printing error or quality defect on our end, we will reprint your order at no charge. No questions asked.

What We Cover (Reprints at No Charge)

Printing Defects

Banding, streaking, color shifts, or other printing artifacts not present in your original file. If it came from our printer, we fix it.

Physical Damage in Transit

Decals damaged, bent, or made unusable during shipping. Photograph the packaging and the damaged sheets and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we printed the wrong quantity or shipped the wrong order entirely, we'll make it right immediately.

How to Request a Reprint

    Email juliaclaireclay@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Include your order number and 2-3 clear photos showing the defect or damage.

  3. 3

    We'll confirm the issue and arrange a reprint within 1-2 business days. No return shipping required.
